CNN surrenders to Republicans and Without a Fight in the Nicholas Sandman Case

On January 7th, the country witnessed the worst cave in to right wing demands for media control in living history. If the Carlsbad caverns were renamed the Cave of Truth and suddenly collapsed the magnitude could not be greater. CNN reached an undisclosed settlement with both the family of high school student and right wing troll Nicholas Sandman and the Archdiocese of Kentucky in a case that revolved around the young Trump supporter's well publicized attack on Native Elder Nathan Phillips.

Calculated Right Wing Tantrum Lawsuits Part Two: Gavin Mcinnes did not like the Proud Boys being called racist so he filed suit

Former head of Vice Magazine and Proud Boys founder Gavin Mcinnes quit the hate organization several months ago after the antics of his followers on the streets of Manhattan threatened to keep him from moving in the upper class circles that he was accustomed to be in. He believed that sodomizing himself with a toy on his podcast to display his resistance to Islam (makes sense doesn't it?) was not enough to prove that he is just a self-described “western chauvinist” as opposed to a “white nationalist” or some other re-branding word commonly used to say “Nazi”.

Calculated Right Wing Tantrum Libel Suits Part One: MAGA Hat Kid's Parents begin lawsuits against 50 reporters and media outlets

On Friday February 1st, the attorneys in the service of the parents of the micro-bigot so-called MAGA hat kid Nick Sandman announced their intention to sue The New York Times, GQ Magazine, Heavy.com, HBO, The Atlantic, and a total of 50 reporters and news outlets over their coverage of the young Catholic bigot's confrontation with Native Elder Nathan Phillips in Washington DC last month. The list includes Presidential hopeful Senator Elizabeth Warren alongside Hollywood celebrities Alyssa Milano and Jim Carrey.

MAGA hat kids and Nick Sandman were coached into confrontation by Mitch McConnell's campaign staff

The world did not know Nick Sandmann until recently, when he has suddenly be pushed into a position as a young spokes person for the Republican far right like David Hoag is for gun control. The young bigots of Covington Catholic High School seemed to land in the perfect space for a confrontation, with brand MAGA hats and several well placed cameras when they began heckling and taunting first a group of Black Israelite and then a group of Native Protestors. His parents have retained a PR firm called RunSwitch, and he has been making the center-right media rounds.
