A properly defrauded election has multiple components. Predictive polling is needed to keep the level of fraud within the margin or error of exit polls. The exit polls must be skewed by a low voter turnout through a variety of methods of suppression. In the case of Rhode Island the fingerprints of the DNC are all over voter suppression and a resultant cover up.
