It began when Iranian soccer player Alireza Jahanbakhsh posted a photo of the late Iranian Quds force Commander General Soleimani after his death. Jahanbakhsh said Instagram had removed that post. Within hours the International Federation of Journalists reported that at least fifteen Iranian journalists have had their profiles suspended. After that Multiple Iranian newspapers and other media outlets reported being banned from the platform.

Ecuador withdraws asylum from Assange and hands him over to the UK for extradition to the United States to face charges in multiple cases, none of which involve Russia
Julian Assange ought to be called the four billion dollar man. $4.2 billion dollars in loans from the International Monetary Fund were approved for Ecuador within hours of that country's withdrawal of Australian born Assange's asylum claim and citizenship. That betrayal yesterday, April 11th in the early morning hours, was followed by Ecuador permitting UK police into their London Embassy offices where Assange has been a virtual prisoner for the past seven years.
We should all have a moment of silence. We should reflect on the most important day in the life of now former Senator John McCain. Fifty Years and ten months ago to the day, October 26th 1967, John McCain was shot down while part of a 24 plane bombing run on downtown Hanoi. The raid was no successful, with three aircraft lost including McCain’s. The power plant that was the ostensible target of the raid was not hit but many of the aircraft managed to use their advanced targeting systems to get their bombs fair close, striking the surrounding residential neighborhoods and killing thousands.
