Donald Trump

Mexico will not pay for the wall, you will

The Foundations of Trump's wall go back over a decade to 2001. The 2001 fence was conceived to keep Islamic terrorists out of the United States because George W. Bush's infinite wisdom assured him that they must be coming from Catholic Mexico where they would surely blend in. It was an extension of the fence that Bill Clinton instituted near Sand Diego in 1994 to coincide with an expansion in free trade with Mexico and the Zapatista uprising against NAFTA. Congressional wrangling over Bush's border fence landed it partial funding in 2006 and the funded part is still incomplete.

Trump, frozen grants, the EPA and the USDA: its about the water

When an enemy comes from multiple directions, the target is where their lines of attack intersect. In the case of current round of executive orders causing grant freezes and gag orders the attacks from multiple directions take multiple lines and thus have multiple intersections. One intersection makes a cross-hair on the forehead of government sponsored science in the public interest. Another targets non-profit profit science in the public service sector and directly threatens the lhealth of low income communities and the livelihood of the people who work to improve that health.

How Paul Ryan's secret tax break is linked to Trump's pipeline support and will rob every American blind.

In the beginning of the Obama Administration, there was a retreat from what Sarah Palin called “that hopey-changing thing” into a continuation and expansion of Bush era policies and norms. Bush's extraordinary rendition became Obama's normal drone strike, a weekly chore done on “Terror Tuesday.” As the revolving door spins at the entrance to the Oval office, Obama's tenure set the cornerstone of Trump's energy and economic policy.

Clapper gives the least untruthful answer about the Russians and the election

The idea that Russian security services hacked the Democratic National Committee's emails and released them to Wikileaks in order to cause the election of Donald Trump has bounced off the walls of the beltway's echo chamber so many times it is as deafening as one would imagine the four trumpets in the book o

Why impulsive China policy might be the end of Trump

The elites that run the country will tolerate all manner of personality flaws from members of their inner circles. There are certain things that are core foundation policies of America. Those foundation policies predate the Declaration of Independence. They find different names, different slogans, and different expressions over the centuries, but without them the nation, as defined by the people who own it, has no reason to exist.

The Senate and the Democratic Party prepare to hand control of the press over to the national security establishment.

Still reeling rightward from their unexpected electoral college defeat, the Democratic Party leadership still struggles to find some force to blame other than their own candidates, positions and tepid token defense of the status quo. After searching the internet for the worst clickbait ever to call fake news (The fifth thing on their list will amaze you) they first enlisted the tech titans of Menlo Park to aid them in the first phase of their broad censorship initiative.

Orange Frankenstein: How Clinton, the DNC and the Media created Trump and promoted bigotry and how that backfired.

Wikileaks continues to be a goldmine. In the Podesta email files there is a strategy document so called the “Pied Piper” memo. Although both Salon and Politico found this memo first, one of the Mockingbird's researchers located it independently and editorial back checking located two tepid mainstream articles. Politico, which is implicated in this scheme, published on it two days before Salon. The memo itself is a huge smoking gun with both barrels pointed directly at the face of the public.  The memo is availible for download at the bottom of this article.

My right to vote has already been stolen by the Republicans and I'm not alone

I will not be allowed to vote in this election. My registration has been stricken from the rolls. I can prove it. I know how it was done, who did it and I have a paper trail. I'm not alone. I can prove, with paper trail, that at least one other person was illegally stricken from the Ohio voter rolls. In all, 1.2 million people were purged in Ohio. An unknown but large number of them, like the two us us were purged illegally. Donald Trump is claiming that the election is rigged, though I doubt he has the intellectual capacity to understand how.
